01 Click on aSc Substitution.
02 Click on "+" sign (to add absentee).
03 Choose absentee (click on the dropdown menu).
04 Choose the reason of absence (click on the dropdown menu).
If teacher C is absent only for one day, click on ok.
Otherwise, click on the longtime absence and choose the duration.
05 Click on the longtime absence.
06 Click on today's substitution.
07 The substitution window appears.
Let say, we want teacher EDW to sit-in for the teacher C's 1st period.
08 Double-click on the circled square.
09 Click on ok.
10 Teacher EDW has been chosen to sit-in for period 1.
11 Complete the substitution for teacher C.
12 Click on the printer icon to print.

Setting up a new substitution
01 Choose Timetables (the bell icon).
02 Choose Add (+).
03 Write the title and select the timetable.
04 Choose the timetable
05 Modify the new substitution starting date (in this case, we choose 22nd of May) and click ok.
06 Click on Yes.
07 Click on Yes.
08 Click on Yes.
09 Click on Yes.
10 The latest timetable is listed.
11 Continue choosing the absentee.
Good luck!

Printing aSc Substitution in Microsoft Excel file
01 Click on the third card. (with printer icon)
02 Click on the Excel icon. (export absenting and substituting)
03 The Microsoft Excel - Sheet1 will appear.
04 Delete non-vital information, such as classroom and the type of substitution.
05 Select the relevant area and draw borders.
06 Save and print the file.
